This looks like it's a pruned version of 7B v0.1 by another user, considering it was uploaded 7 months ago: https://huggingface.co/ministral/Ministral-3b-instruct/tree/main
Indeed! @bartowski this is the wrong model. it's 7 months old.
Yes this is not the new model by Mistral, just has the same name. Since this seems to create some confusion, we will update the readme and repo name
