## 1. Grant of License

The licensor grants the licensee a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to use the licensed material strictly for private, non-commercial purposes. This license is granted subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

## 2. Restrictions

The licensee is expressly prohibited from:

## 6. Limitation of Liability

This license constitutes the entire agreement between the licensor and the licensee regarding the licensed material and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, related to its subject matter.

## 8. Severability

If any provision of this license is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the other provisions of this license will remain in full force and effect.
