LyCORISs work on huggingface with the same installation method as LoRAs. Maybe DoRAs will also work.
Since you are here, let's try it by yourself first.😀
If you can't, I'll do it for you.
All you have to do is create a space for your model, upload LoRA file and README.md with the following text and a little more.
library_name: diffusers
base_model: author/modelname

If you have difficulty with README.md, just copy and paste this file.
You just have to change or delete the URL part to make it look right, though.😅
But it doesn't interfere with the operation.
