Had to use this command to extract (Force UTF-8 Encoding): unzip -O UTF-8 sora-turbo-vids.zip
.

Can you please recreate the ZIP file with normalized filenames to avoid encoding issues? (e.g with zip: zip -r -ll sora-turbo-vids.zip sora-turbo-vids/
)
Thanks for bringing this up.
I've uploaded two archives, of the videos only, in 7z and Zip using a standardized naming ("vid_05.mp4" for example).
For compatibility, I have separately uploaded a JSONL and a CSV that map all video IDs to the prompts used.
If you (or anyone else) still have issues, be sure to let me know!
