the upscaler toggle does not switch load upscaler model
That doesnt happen on my side,
Do you have any upscale models saved in the "models\upscale_models" directory? if no add some and then try,
if that doesnt work either try adding your own load upscale model node or right click fix node (recreate) and test it again.
