This PR ensures the model can be viewed from https://huggingface.co/papers/2305.16037, and adds a dedicated pipeline tag.

Also, it'd be great to move the dataset to a dedicated dataset repo (rather than inside the model repo), see here for a guide: https://huggingface.co/docs/datasets/loading.
