Publish ggml model

Please publish ggml model so we'll be able to use it with whisper.cpp.
It would be awesome if you also describe what's needed to convert it so I can add it to Vibe's software docs for future.
I tried the following github.com/vibe#prepare-your-own-models. it works with whisper tiny/medium/large. but it doesn't work with this model for some reason. (vocabulary.json is missing and some other files)

Will document separately.
As far as I can tell, whisper.cpp inside Vibe is significantly less accurate compared to way faster_whiser.
