is the 405B model available in the EU?

my 'access granted' email confirmation message says:
This is to let you know that your request to access the model
meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3.1-70Bon huggingface.co has been accepted by the repo authors.
i'm just wondering if this means the 70B model is available in my region, but the 405B isn't, possibly due to the EU's 'AI Act' regulation....?

I've requested an access to one of them, and was granted access to all three. AFAIK none of them is multimodal, so it's probably no issue here. YMMV.
I was also wondering if this affects only multimodal models or all future model releases in general. Thank you
