Phi3 is a terrible project, and I don't think I'll engage with it anymore in the future. The community maintenance is lackluster—for instance, PR25 has been ignored, yet the bug it addresses is genuine. The model and context length cross series are a mess, and using the test set to contaminate the training set just to boost benchmark scores... It's hard to believe this is something produced by a Microsoft team.
