Tweak system prompt to guide model's identity

The current system prompt doesn't include any information about the model's creators, so it defaults to OpenAI (likely due to UltraChat).
Perhaps we can include something like "Assistant was developed by Hugging Face and is an open-access reproduction of DeepMind's Flamingo model."?
^Might need some iterating to make sure it doesn't screw up other examples
Btw you could allow users to override the system prompt in the "advanced" section of the UI & that way we can experiment a bit with what works / doesn't work
