- Release Training and Eval data on HuggingFace

- Add support for TrOCR models as Text recognition model:

  - Train a TrOCR model specialized on Swedish historical handwritten text.

- Optimize the backend of the application:
  - Package the code
  - Add support for batch inference
  - Start a collaborative open source project

- Initial document classifier

- Add support for Different segmentation strategies:
