The LAPIX Lab is dedicated to R&D on new technologies for image processing, analysis and visualization, immersive collaboration and interactive digital TV. LAPIX is a laboratory associated with the INCoD (INCT for Digital Convergence). It is located in the Department of Computer Science and Statistics β INE β of the Technology Center β CTC β of the Federal University of Santa Catarina β UFSC. This laboratory is the result of research started by Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Aldo von Wangenheim in Image Processing in 1997, at UFSC. The laboratory is composed of professors, researchers, PhDs, Masters, graduates, and undergraduates. |
