I'm a PhD student at MIT. We are about to release the second version of DiffDock a diffusion model for molecular docking. The first version (https://github.com/gcorso/DiffDock) got a lot of traction and interest. Unfortunately, since the main users are scientists in the life sciences and pharma industry, many of them struggled to properly set up the environment or did not have access to GPUs (which are critical to getting a decent generation speed). With this new, significantly improved, version we expect even more researchers to be interested in using it. Servicing the model through Hugging Face Spaces would be a great way to allow all these scientists to use the model, but it would be important for us to get some GPU credits because it is hard to get it approved as an expenditure from the department, especially at the start.

Hi @gcorso , we have assigned a gpu to this space. Note that GPU Grants are provided temporarily and might be removed after some time if the usage is very low.

Thank you very much!
