Cannot submit Adapter model based on llama-3

Filling Base model field on the submission page with meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct results in:
Base model "meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct" was not found on hub!
I suspect it is because the operator of this leaderboard is not granted for the llama repositories.
Do you have any plan to add this support?
