I'd like to point out two things:
- Many early applicants are being ignored without explanation.
- Even if you pay, you can't create within Orgs unless you're approved to join through the early access program. ZeroGPU is not included in the Enterprise subs, at least for now.
I dont work for this org, but I want to guess that you need to meet a requirement because I dont think they want random accounts just joining.

To be honest, even with paid option (the $9 / month thing), HF giving ZeroGPU for that price is still a bargain.
There was a time that I paid ~20$/month for renting an P4 GPU just for training some fun models. And yes, that's only for training.
If you use big company's services like google or amazon, if you some how mess up with billing, no one will help you. At least here you have a community who can help.
